Posts must be based on first-hand project experience only.
You may only submit information about a project you or your company directly worked on.
Posts must be factual, project-focused, and professionally written.
Describe what happened on the job. Do not speculate about a person's motives, character, or intent.
No false, misleading, retaliatory, or competitive sabotage posts.
You may not submit content intended to damage a client relationship, discourage others from taking a job unfairly, or gain a competitive advantage through false or exaggerated claims.
No accusations of criminal or fraudulent conduct.
Do not use terms such as "fraud," "scam," "thief," "criminal," or similar allegations.
No personal information.
Do not include names, exact addresses, phone numbers, emails, photos, screenshots, invoices, contracts, or any details that could identify an individual or household.
Use structured project details only.
Posts must stay within the platform's approved format, including region, project type, property type, price range, timing, payment experience, change orders, and short factual notes.
All posts are reviewed before publication.
Submission does not guarantee approval. We may reject, edit, hide, or remove any content at our discretion.
Disputed posts may be removed or suspended pending review.
If a post is challenged, we may request supporting information and temporarily hide the content.
Abuse may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
False, misleading, retaliatory, or policy-violating posts may result in loss of access without warning.
